These are products OneStopSoft is building — not services we sell today. Each addresses a gap we keep meeting in technical contracting businesses: the work gets done, but the systems that should connect it do not.
Every page below states plainly that the product is in development.
Service and Delivery Operations
- Field Service Operations OS — intake through dispatch, mobile work orders, invoicing and agreement profitability.
- Contract, Warranty and Service Agreement Manager — with automatic covered-versus-billable determination.
Commercial and Executive Control
- Bid-to-Cash Automation Platform — An end-to-end commercial workflow connecting opportunity, contract handoff, project execution, change orders, billing, retainage and collection.
- Executive Operations Command Center — A traceable executive dashboard spanning sales, backlog, labor, project and service profitability, inventory, cash collection and data quality.
If one of these solves a problem you have now, tell us about it — early conversations shape what gets built first, and we will be straight about timelines.
How to Read These Pages
Everything listed under Solutions is in development. None of it is a product you can buy, license, subscribe to, pilot or schedule today, and each concept page states its own status. What these pages are for is the design thinking behind each concept: the data model decisions, the places systems of this kind break, and the questions worth asking any vendor selling you something similar.
What We Deliver Today
The services side of the business is separate and available now: CRM and ERP Integration, Business Process Automation, Microsoft 365 Business Solutions, Business Reporting and Analytics, and Web Portals. The ERP Solution, CRM Solution and CMS Solution pages set out how we approach selection, integration and migration on those platforms. If you have a live problem, that is where to look. Nothing on this roadmap should be a reason to wait.
What the Four Concepts Have in Common
Each one is built around a record that has to survive a handoff. The Field Service Operations OS follows an asset and an agreement through dispatch and invoicing. The Contract, Warranty and Service Agreement Manager follows an obligation through its life. The Bid-to-Cash Automation Platform follows a contract from sale to collection. The Executive Operations Command Center follows a number back to the row it came from.
In every case the interesting engineering sits at the seams, where information currently gets retyped by someone who has learned to be careful about it.
If One of These Describes Your Week
Be specific about the part that hurts. The useful version of that is a problem currently solved by a person doing the same thing every Friday afternoon. Sometimes the answer is a service engagement now and a place on the list for later. Early conversations also change what gets built first, which is the reason any of this is published before it is finished.
